There aren't many things I miss about England (people - now that's a different matter...) but the small pleasure of writing an envelope with my Parker 60 fountain pen and sticking on a Royal Mail stamp is one of them! Yes, when I got entries from all over the world for the Connections exhibit recently, I loved the Royal Mail stamps from England. I took them all off and put them in my journal. I think it somehow makes one feel 'royal' to receive one!
